Coon Rapids police are investigating a hit-and-run accident after a 26-year-old man was struck and dragged 50 feet early Saturday. First responders found the man in the 11400 block of Xavis Street NW. after a 911 call at 5:17 a.m., according to a news release from the Anoka County Sheriff's Office. FULL ARTICLE AT Star Tribune
