Crews are fighting a two-alarm grass fire that started Friday afternoon, an Alameda County fire spokeswoman said. About 3:10 p.m., a vegetation fire was reported at 8501 Calaveras Road near Welch Creek Road in Sunol, an unincorporated Alameda County area, spokeswoman Aisha Knowles said.
