Route 72 Systems, LLC – Route 72 Systems makes enhancements to their fraud protection system to assist and protect sister email company, Email Zip Code, LLC (http://emailzipcode.net) from problematic online orders.

EmailZipCode.net was started in September 2007. The site was initially launched as a data supplier portal for newbie marketers who had a need to send email address lists to geographical data selects on a slim budget. Soon after the launch of the website the owner, Jim Alamia realized that the site was an attraction for credit card thieves. “My stomach was in knots when the wave of credit card charge backs hit my desk. I knew that we had a very big problem to solve and there were major hurdles to overcome to build technical solution for this requirement, said Alamia.”

Route 72 has spent the last five years perfecting the fraud protection system named “Anodyne”. The technical solution analyzes the footprints of website visitors in conjunction with rules engine technology and deduces a fraud score which enables the system to approve or disapprove orders automatically. The fraud protection technology is for proprietary websites that interface with authorize.net or other gateway equivalents. The recent software updates to Anodyne provide new and improved visitor modeling algorithm. The company offers this custom solution to online merchants that have a need to mitigate and or eliminate online credit card fraud.
