Tropical Storms and Hurricanes are some of the most destructive forces in nature. In the past decade the world has seen immense devastation from events like landslides, earthquakes, and tsunamis, but none stick out in the hearts and minds of Americans like Hurricane Katrina...Since Katrina, the act of hurricane preparedness has become commonplace with new products hitting the market, and demand rising for supplies like water containers, emergency food, emergency kits, and portable power equipment.
