Path Interactive has today announced its acquisition of Clearsearch Media LLC(http://www.clearsearchmedia.com). Clearsearch Media, a privately-held online advertising agency that provides digital media planning and buying services to a broad range of clients. The acquisition is expected to strengthen Path Interactive’s paid media service offerings for enterprise level clients and positions the company to reach strong double-digit growth targets in 2012.
