A penguin that ran away from a zoo in Tokyo earlier this year by climbing a 13-foot wall recently was spotted in Tokyo Bay. Kazuhiro Sakamoto of the Tokyo Sea Life Park said, "It didn't look like it has gotten thinner over the past two months, or been without food. FULL ARTICLE AT El Dorado Times
