In support of National Learning at Work Day, with events promoting Learning at work happening across the UK, Lumesse has created its Top Ten Tips for Learning to help and encourage businesses to make learning fun and relevant. The Top Ten Tips can be found on the Voice of Lumesse blog. The Tips are designed to help companies think about ways to make corporate learning more enjoyable, more productive and more successful. Suggestions include ways to make learning more social and interactive, the use of games to introduce an element of competition and fun, and the importance of building learning content in ways appropriate to the delivery channel.
