Texas Tennis Open Launches Ticket Sales for 2012 Event Including Individual Reserved and General Tickets and VIP Sponsor Packages

Individual tickets and sponsor ticket packages are on sale now for the 2012 Texas Tennis Open, which will feature many of today’s top WTA professional tennis stars including defending 2011 champion and No...Angelique Kerber.

The event, which is part of the WTA Tour, is considered an ‘International Level’ tournament with prize money of $220,000, and features a singles draw of 32 players and a doubles draw of 16 teams. The tournament, which will play host to an international field of players, will take place August 17 through August 24, 2012 at the Hilton DFW Lakes Hotel in Grapevine, Texas.

“We are extremely excited about the second year of the Texas Tennis Open,” said Chris Giordano, Texas Tennis Open tournament director. Last year’s inaugural event brought some of the best women’s tennis in the world back to Dallas for the first time in more than 20 years and this year’s event will be just as exciting for the fans.”
