The owner of Lomas Santa Fe Plaza this week unveiled an expansion plan for replacing a Big 5 Sporting Goods building with a pedestrian-friendly complex of shops, restaurants and offices. The idea is to replace the sporting goods building with three two-story buildings facing a central rotunda with a water fountain.
