According to the Plavix lawsuits filed by Parker Waichman LLP, the Defendants falsely touted the drug as being more effective and safer in reducing the risk of ischemic events compared to a less expensive daily aspirin regimen...The lawsuits further charge that the Defendants concealed their knowledge of Plavix defects from the Plaintiffs, the FDA, the public in general and/or the medical community specifically.
