An online tutor guides the user through the course or acts as silent supervisor, stepping in only if required or requested, depending on user preference. Each user must pass a short test at the conclusion of each stage to move on to the next to ensure the appropriate skills have been acquired.

An introductory session providing a signagelive overview and a further six content-specific sessions, are included in the online programme.
