To continue their fundraising efforts for the year, Little Patriots Embraced announced their annual Golf Classic to take place at Meadowbrook Country Club on Monday, April 30th with a shotgun start at 12:30. This tournament is different than many in the area as it features a Four Person Shamble format rather than a scramble. This tournament also gives its players outstanding gift packages which include Stuburt Half zip jackets, golf tees, a Stuburt shoe bag, Swiftkick socks, and Titleist Pro V1 golf balls.

Special guests to appear at the LPE Meadowbrook Country Club Golf Classic include Long Drive World Record Holder Ryan Winther and Country Music Star Josh Gracin.

Little Patriots Embraced is a St. Louis-based nonprofit organization that serves families of deployed military members. In addition to providing emergency financial relief for families in crisis, LPE specializes in delivering emotional and psychological support to spouses and children who are experiencing the stress of extended separation caused by military deployment.

Meadowbrook Country Club is rated as one of the area’s top courses and in 2000 invested more than two million dollars creating a course that is challenging, attractive and enjoyable for players of all levels of ability. Originally a Robert Bruce Harris design, renowned architect Keith Foster undertook the upgrading of Meadowbrook's golf course with spectacular results. Strategically placed bunkers and water hazards offer dramatic views along with the elements of risk versus reward. Entry to Meadowbrook Country Club is with a member only, making this event even more exclusive.

Registration for the event begins at 10:30, with lunch being served from 10:30 – 12:30. As a special feature this year, the tournament will offer a spa and dinner package for guests of the players and includes dinner and drinks, and starting at 3:30 pm, offers a manicure, head and shoulder massage, wine tasting, more food and beverages, and a special up close and personal “meet and greet” with Josh Gracin.

There are many player and sponsorship packages available. Visit http://www.stlouismainevents.com for more details or call 636.777.7820 for more information on this one of a kind event!
