Walnut/Monrovia Boot Camp Founder Eric Bonilla is challenging the Women of Walnut/Monrovia to lose 1,000 pounds. Bonilla says the plan to help Walnut/ Monrovia lean down is part of the Walnut/Monrovia Women’s Boot Camp vision to expose Women of the San Gabriel Valley to a healthy and fit lifestyle.
The Walnut/Monrovia locations are donating to residents a chance to experience a 30-day workout program with nutritional support and an ability to track their weight loss. Bonilla and his team of trainers will put each participant through a nutritional consult before beginning the program and will help them reach their personal goals while assisting Walnut/Monrovia reach its target of shedding 1,000 pounds each.
