Thanks to a new articulation agreement signed on September 28th, 2011 Howard College students can transfer credits with ease to regionally accredited Lubbock Christian University. Lubbock Christian University">Organizational Management program provides training in the problem-solving and interpersonal skills needed to succeed in nearly any field. Along with basic business knowledge in accounting, finance, and human resources, the curriculum also provides a broader perspective of the workings of organizations and how to help improve systems and processes.
The Organizational Leadership program emphasizes the human side of business to train effective, ethical leaders. This program provides the skills and knowledge needed to successfully guide employees and improve organizational performance.
