Higher electric, natural gas bills on way for PSE customers
That's $7.65 more per month for the average electricity bill, for a total of $100.41. For natural gas users, it's an increase of $4.15 per month on average, to $86.29 The new rates will take effect Nov. 1 if approved by the state Utilities and Transportation Commission.
