Vehicle on runway prompts Philly airport closure

The Federal Aviation Administration says Philadelphia International Airport has reopened after flights were halted because a vehicle drove on to a runway.

The FAA says the airport shut down for about 35 minutes Thursday morning after the vehicle drove on to the tarmac.
