The boy, 13, was on his bicycle about 4.15pm and had the right of way when he was hit by a Hyundai sedan on Skipton Street, police said. He was taken to Ballarat Base Hospital with serious injuries to his arm and shoulder. The driver, a 37-year-old Alfredton woman, was interviewed by police at the scene and...
