This Supplemental Addendum is an addendum and supplement to the allvoices Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") and allvoices Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") that are posted on, and applicable to, www.allvoices.com, owned and operated by allvoices, Inc. ("allvoices"). All capitalized terms used in this Supplemental Addendum have the same meaning stated in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, unless otherwise defined herein.

1. for every ten thousand (up to one million) Page Views (as defined below) of User Contributions, User Reports, and User Submissions submitted by You, allvoices shall pay you one hundred dollars (US $100.00) (subtracting transaction processing costs); or
2. for every one hundred thousand (up to one million) Page Views (as defined below) of User Contributions, User Reports, and User Submissions submitted by You, allvoices shall pay you one thousand dollars (US $1,000.00) (subtracting transaction processing costs); or
3. for the first one million Page Views of Your User Contributions, User Reports, and User Submissions, allvoices shall pay You ten thousand dollars (US $10,000.00) (subtracting transaction processing costs) (each of (i) and (ii) a "Promotional Payment").

Note: Users can choose to get paid at every 10,000 page views increment, every 100,000 pageview increments or at 1,000,000 page views milestones. However each individual user will only receive an aggregate maximum of $10,000 from allvoices for a total of 1,000,000 page views for their contributed content over the 7 month period of this incentive plan.

allvoices shall deduct from such Promotional Payments any processing or transfer fees (including, without limitation, related wire transfer fees) that may be assessed in order to make such payments to You. You may track the top ten contributors to allvoices, including viewing links to their profile pages, at www.allvoices.com/incentive/leaderboard and can track estimates of Your own cumulative Page Views on Your profile page. You acknowledge and agree that by submitting User Contributions, User Reports, and User Submissions to allvoices, that you are granting to allvoices the rights set forth in the Terms of Use with respect to such User Contributions, User Reports, and User Submissions. You agree not to knowingly falsify or fabricate any information submitted by You as a User Contribution.

For purposes of this Supplemental Addendum, a "Page View" shall mean a single user-initiated initial load of a page on the allvoices Website within a twelve (12)-hour period per unique user, that contains Your User Contribution(s) other than any load or refresh resulting from or generated by any bot, automated program or similar device, including, without limitation, through any clicks or impressions originating from allvoices IP addresses.

Upon meeting the Page View milestones set forth above, allvoices shall contact you via Your provided e-mail address and provide You with documentation necessary to process Your Promotional Payments. allvoices requires that all U.S. residents who meet and/or exceed the Page View milestones set forth in the Incentive Program to complete and return an IRS Form W-9. Qualified contributors to allvoices will receive the Form W-9 via email or they can download it at http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf. allvoices requires that all non-resident aliens and international participants who meet and/or exceed the promotional landmarks set forth in the contest to complete and return an IRS Form W-8BEN. Qualified contributors to allvoices will receive the Form W-8BEN via email or they can download it at http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw8ben.pdf. Failure to complete and return a Form W-9, Form W-8BEN, or any other documentation required by allvoices will result in a forfeit of Promotional Payments. allvoices shall make such Promotional Payments to You, within thirty (30) days of receiving such completed documentation.

allvoices retains the right to terminate the Incentive Program, and the terms of this Supplemental Addendum at any time, in its sole discretion. Your ability to accumulate Page Views shall be limited solely to the term of the Incentive Program. The term of the Incentive Program shall be from August 19, 2008 until March 19, 2009. You acknowledge and agree that allvoices shall have no obligation to make any payments hereunder, to the extent such payments are prohibited by the applicable laws of any country, state, or other governmental authority having jurisdiction over allvoices, You, or the Incentive Program. allvoices shall have no obligation to make any Promotional Payments pursuant to this Supplemental Addendum in the event that aggregated Promotional Payments to date equal or exceed two hundred thousand dollars (US$200,000). allvoices, at its sole discretion, may remove You from the Incentive Program in the event it determines that You have violated the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or this Supplemental Addendum or if it determines that you do not constitute a Participant for purposes of the Incentive Program. You are an independent contractor, and nothing in this Supplemental Addendum is intended to, or should be construed to, create a partnership, agency, joint venture or employment relationship.
