Allvoices is pleased to announce our new Syndication Program. Traditional news gathering and delivery methods, including foreign correspondents and their news desks, are quickly being displaced by ordinary people armed with cell phones, camcorders and other widely-available tools connected to the Web. Now, news witnessed and reported by you on Allvoices can go global in a matter of minutes. Allvoices' Syndication Program provides a bridge for raw information and images between independent, citizen reporters and the mainstream media.

We're excited to present the opportunity for all of our contributors to take advantage of this new revenue sharing model. All registered users are eligible.

You can select which images, videos, or articles you want to syndicate when you upload your content. Simply check the box verifying that the uploaded content is original and your own and that it is eligible to sell to mainstream media (TV, newspapers, magazines, etc.)

By marking a contribution as Exclusive you are irrevocably granting Allvoices an exclusive, worldwide and non-transferable license for a period of 48 hours to syndicate your material to 3rd party media buyers. If an Exclusive image or video does not fetch a buyer within 48 hours, the content is returned back to the contributor and also placed into the Allvoices image, video and article library.

By marking a contribution as Non-Exclusive you are granting Allvoices a non-exclusive, transferable license to syndicate your material to 3rd party media buyers for an indeterminate amount of time. The material will be added to our image, video, and article library and marketed directly through our media site—our partner’s signup and get first look at your content.

Items placed in the image, video, and article library will remain for sale for an unlimited amount of time, unless removed by you, the contributor.

In both instances you the owner, retain copyright.

Once the Allvoices staff has been alerted that content for syndication has been submitted, Allvoices will begin the behind the scenes negotiations to promote your material to secure a buyer.

Through our extensive network of media contacts (newspapers, TV and online), Allvoices will act as an intermediary on your behalf to secure the highest possible offer for your article, image or video.

Political rallies, sports events, celebrities, fires, police scenes, natural disasters all qualify.

Please select and submit your best articles, photos, and videos. For photos, include no more than 15 photos per shoot. Time is of the essence. Images that are submitted within 1-3 hours of the event will be of the highest interest to media buyers.

• Photos that have been digitally altered (other than minor corrections for color etc.)
• Photos that are duplicates, fakes, have been superimposed, or that you did not personally take
• Photos with nudity or vulgarity

Allvoices mission is to allow a global community to create and share news that affects our lives. Our goal is to provide accurate and timely accounts of current world events. When you mark your submitted content as "exclusive," you will be requested to provide information to help verify authenticity. Please be prepared to provide the "who, what, where, when, and why" of how the content was derived. Also include a contact phone number where Allvoices can reach you on a timely matter. The Allvoices community will help monitor the authenticity of content you submit for non-exclusive syndication.

• Label the articles, image, or videos in English language
• Use key words within articles that describe the title. Use popular search terms in the titles (words you think someone would use to search for your information) and descriptions of your articles, images, and videos
• Use descriptive tags that attract search engines
• Make sure spelling, grammar, and punctuation are accurate

In all cases, Allvoices will split the proceeds 75% for you, 25% for Allvoices.

Licensed photos typically net between $20.00 all the way to $4000.00. Videos can typically get $50-$1000 per minute. There are a number of determining factors that will ultimately affect the final negotiated sales license.

If your content is licensed, payment will be made within 30 days after the sale close date and Allvoices gets payment from the media partner that licenses your article, image, or video.

For Allvoices to make payment to you we will need one of the following:

1. Completed and signed tax form
   • US citizens: IRS Form W-9
   • International participants: IRS Form W-8BEN. Only Parts I and IV are required.
2. Fill out form. You cannot save data typed into this form electronically. You need to print it.
3. Sign the form
4. Write your Allvoices username and email on the bottom of your tax form
5. Scan and email the form to incentive@allvoices.com or fax to +1-415-901-0202
6. Forms only need to be submitted once. Future checks will be automatically generated based on your earnings.
7. We pay via check only after your status level is verified. Checks are processed every 2 weeks and sent via US mail. Int'l participants should allow at least 30 days for a check to arrive after paperwork is received.
