Press Briefing on Afghanistan-Pakistan Annual Review

In what is being called a "Kenetic Strike" the announcement came a little while ago that the main Taliban leader, Mullah Mohibullah and the insurgent who fired the shot associated with the August 6 downing of the CH-47 helicopter that killed the elite Seal Team responsible for the killing of Bin Laden, has been killed. The news comes from the International Security Assistance Force, out of Kabul according to Reuters press.

General John Allen, the commander of U.S. and NATO forces in Afghanistan, told reporters " We dealt with them in a kinetic strike." General Allen is the U.S top commander in Afghanistan.

No reports of how they knew where to find him or how they found him were available at this time. Will add news or another story when information becomes available.
