A recent study of different people experienced showsd; dark chocolates are better then carrots for eyesight improvement & human brain sharper. Dark chocolated can also bring down blood pressure level & useful to control cholesterol levels

The writers of England's University of Reading; registered 30 men and women ages 18 to 25 and experienced their vision and thinking skills a couple of hours after they ate a normal sized chocolate bar, a health website reported.

Almost 25 people feel positive impact on blood flow after eating black chocolate bar. They can think better & relaxed. Thus the study & research show that Dark chocolate is better for human comparatively from carrot
