Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez is in Havana, Cuba, for the second phase of chemotherapy to fight cancer. Chavez said that after treatment it will be another person and the disease has led to reflections. He said the illness and subsequent treatment caused changes. "Chavez was born a new," said the president, who has kept his head shaved.According to Chavez, the second phase of chemotherapy treatment aims to eliminate the appearance of malignant cells. "Chavez is born a new situation that I'm going through this," the Venezuelan. "I'm not weakened or destroyed."Cuban authorities reported that Chavez reacts positively to treatment, with progress in rehabilitation and in the process, after the operation done for about a month to remove a tumor in the pelvic area. No further details about the health of the Venezuelan president.During the period when you are in Cuba, Venezuela's government will be under the command of Vice President Elias Jaua and Finance Minister Jorge Giordani.
