seven people have been arrested in connection with the murder of two French tourists in Argentina's Salta province occurred in late July, according to judicial sources confirmed.Six of the detainees were arrested Saturday during a series of raids in which a gun was seized, which could have been used in the crime-as well as a camera, cell phone and clothing that could belong to the French Houria Moumni of 24, and Cassandre Bouvier, 29.The detainees, which would include the daughter of a retired sheriff and her boyfriend, a police cadet, will be questioned by the judge handling the case Monday.The bodies of two women were found a few days ago by a group of tourists in the Quebrada de San Lorenzo, about 15 miles west of the capital of Salta (1,600 kilometers from Buenos Aires).The bodies had gunshot wounds, according to local media, one would have been violated.
