Venezuela's Chavez delegates power while in Cuba for cancer treatment
Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has delegated some powers to his vice president and finance minister while out of the country seeking medical treatment. On Saturday, the country's National Assembly unanimously approved Chavez's request to travel to Havana for medical care. Due to treatment, Chavez has not yet set a return date. Al Jazeera's Imran Khan reports.
