World's biggest tower worth $1.2billion to be built by Saudi Arabia

World's biggest towerb which is going to be taller than the Burj Khalifa in neighbouring Dubai and also New York's Freedom Tower would soon be built by Saudi Arabia.

The giant structure would cost $1.2billion and would be built by the Bin Ladens.

The location of the tower would be north of the Red Sea city of Jeddah,Prince Alwaleed bin Talal confirmed as he signed a deal to build the 3,280ft high Kingdom Tower.

The mega project was first announced in 2008.It's base boasting two square miles and will include a hotel, serviced apartments, luxury flats, and offices occupying around 852 square miles.

Saudi Binladen Group has been given the contract to complete the project in the kingdom which is OPEC's top exporter of oil.
