During the onslaught of Tropical Storm Juaning in Albay, a 12-year-old girl named Janella Lelis save a Philippine flag in spite of tormenting flood.

Janella and her family is now homeless that even a single stuff she wasn’t able to save but she’s brave enough to save our country’s symbol, our flag.

This is a simple picture with a great value, a picture of real patriotism and being a hero never matters the age but in the blood of every Filipino that even a child can be called a hero.

I totally admire you Janella that at your age you’re able to think the noblest act, and as a Filipino, I’m so proud of you. “Thank you!”
