12am to 8am, this morning Antigua was placed under a tropical storm watch, as the 5th named storm of the 2011 Trans-Atlantic Hurricane season has formed just off the coast of the Windward Island of Dominica.

The flash flood warning that was in place for the Leeward Islands has been lifted, since tropical storm Emily is moving away from the islands and has lose some of her mass.

Here in Antigua, the skies are overcast with periodic down pours.
