  • Postcards For Libya is a wonderful project that is floating about on Twitter for anyone to join!
  • ...So we are doing just that and going to go to our local library with this lovely idea - all the town kids are home on their summer holidays here and I'm sure where you are too - so we hope to find some writers and artists to work on writing cards and letters to send their support in the way of a note to another little boy or girl in Libya.
  • Some of these children and young people have suffered loss of limbs, loss of their loved ones, and displacement from their homes....but one thing they still have is their incredible bravery and indomitable spirits!
  • We can help with a kind word, a shared thought, a nice photo on a postcard - please take a moment and send a note to help keep the spirits up for the injured in Libya - they need your love!

  • "Welcome!
  • Postcards can make a difference!
  • Along with supplies, the refugees from Libya need to know they are important, not alone and the whole world cares about them.

Your postcard will bring a much needed smile to Libyan children and hospital patients in Tunisia. They are all victims of the war in Libya.

    Love heals all wounds.

    Thank you!"

What a great cause Michelle, not just for the kids in Libya but a great experience for all those involved too! What a great way to teach your children how to care for others.
