JI will challenge Action Aid of Civil Power Regulation, Professor Ibrahim

Peshawar, July 28, 2011, Jumat Islami has shown concerned on Action aid of civil power regulation 2011, announced demonstration against Regulation. This has announced by Amir Jumat Islami KP province Professor Ibrahim in Peshawar today.



Talking to the media in Markaz Islami Peshawar, the Amir JI Professor Ibrahim said that new regulation about PATA and FATA ruthless and illegal, that make so called demarcate government of PPP and ANP.



He said that Current government of Pakistan has given an open hand to army, whatever and whenever they perform in PATA and FATA, no one have right to ask them. It’s also a legal status for Pakistan army, what they are doing in tribe belt.



Amir JI Professor Ibrahim has inform the journalist that people are detain by Security forces from tribal belt now in interrogation cell, no body know how much people there but the figure has in thousands. He blamed the security forces that they killed the innocent’s people and then pitch them and show as encounter.



Professor Ibrahim said that Action Aid of civil power regulation which is signed by President of Pakistan in Karachi on 23 June 2011 is totally illegal Regulation. He condemned the presence of Minister Saferon Shukat Ullah who’s also from tribal belt and was attending the ceremony of signing of Regulation.



JI Provincial Amir Blamed the government that they show himself as Democrats but they work as dictator, in current situation JI will organized the seminars about new Regulation to inform the people.



Jumat Islami also challenges the New Regulation about FATA and PATA in Supreme Court announced Amir Professor Ibrahim. He said that if government of Pakistan didn’t take the order back JI will start agitation in Pakistan.
