Tropical Storm Hermine Makes Landfall in Mexico

According to PAG-ASA website, at 4:00 am today, Tropical Storm "JUANING" was estimated based on radar, satellite and surface data at 90 km East of Infanta, Quezon (14.8°N; 122.5°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 100 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 11 kph.
