Morocco decreed three days of national mourning for air crash

King Mohamed VI of Morocco decreed three days of national mourning for the death of 78 people occurred on Tuesday when a military plane crashed in southern Iraq.

The king ordered that Friday prayers are made in all the nation's mosques prayers in memory of the victims.

According to preliminary investigations of the crash of the Moroccan army Hercules transport plane would have been due to bad weather, while trying to land near the disputed Western Sahara region.
