Senator Sue Landske recently announced that a summery of the new Indiana laws are available. "Hoosiers can now access a complete summary of the new laws approved during the 2011 legislative session on my website by visiting www.in.gov/Senator.Landske.

By posting this comprehensive summary online, we are providing citizens quick and easy access to new legislation passed by the 2011 Indiana General Assembly and signed into law by the governor. Whether you are a member of the legal profession, a student or a citizen interested in a particular issue, I encourage Hoosiers to log on and see these most recent changes made to the Indiana Code.

During the 2011 legislative session, lawmakers worked together to approve 229 new laws pertaining to a range of topics including new private-sector job initiatives, a ban on synthetic marijuana products, expansion of vote centers statewide and new legislative and congressional districts.

This publication breaks down the new laws by general subject matter and includes the bill number, public law number and the sections of the Indiana Code affected by the new law," declared Landske
