Yellowstone was established in 1872 and is America's oldest national park. It covers the states of Wyoming, Montana and Idaho. In the reserve live wildlife such as grizzlies, wolves and moose. Nowhere else in the world there are so many hot springs and geysers.

But researchers fear that the number of fires in the park is rising in the future. Whole forests could already in the 21 Century, disappear when the climate models agree that the magazine PNAS published. TIME ONLINE Yellowstone shows in its pristine beauty.
