One of the members of the Azkals of the Philippine Football Team Chris Greatwich can no longer play for the very important match against Kuwait for the second round of 2014 FIFA World Cup Asian Qualifying series which is slated on July 24 and July 29, 2011.

The famous midfielder recently concluded in his statement that despite of his interest to play and represent for the Philippine team, He cannot withdraw his important responsibility.

Greatwich who succesfully scored two goals to push the Philippines in the Suzuki cup last year is now forcefully permitted to coach a <20 y/o team in the US.

"Still in some confusion on my schedule. Unfortunately, I will not be playing in the games against Kuwait. Hopefully, I will be back soon" he stated in his own Twitter Account.

Greatwich and Jason De Jong were one of the selected players who should represent in the absence and suspension of Azkals team captain Aly Borromeo and Stephen Schrock.

Now, Patrick Hinrichsen from Germany will take the position of De jong. De jong was given indefinite suspension because of his attitude towards the Indonesian team.

The first ever Kuwait Vs. Philippines will take the game on the 22,000-seater Mohammad Al-Hammad Stadium in Hawally, Kuwait at 7:30 pm on July 23 or 12:30 midnight of July 24 in the philippine time.

Kuwait has a higher ranking in Asia stepped at 11th place while the Philippines landed in the 29th place
