The new infected every six seconds

More than seven thousand people worldwide are infected daily with human immunodeficiency virus, from which thousands of - children. According to the report, released in Rome opened in the sixth Conference on Pathogenesis, Treatment and prevention of HIV, a new infected every six seconds.

According to RIA Novosti, a forum to discuss a further struggle against HIV and AIDS will continue until July 20. One of the plenary sessions will focus on measures to combat the spread of HIV among drug users in 2015.
