President Hugo Chavez: "We will live and win" Caracas, 01 Jul. AVN .- Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez informed last Thursday night that thanks to medical care and countless expressions of love, his health is improving satisfactorily after having a second surgery due to an abscessed tumor with cancerous cells. "For the time being and forever we will live and win," said the Venezuelan President after explaining his health condition on a radio and television hookup. The President explained that this was a major surgery without complications.
