(Check It Out! Pictures!) Mexican warrior and the lightweight king Juan Manuel Marquez stops younger Likar Ramos of Colombian in the first round through KO in their non-title fight scheduled for 10 rounds which took place at the Plaza de Toros in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico on July 16, 2011. The 37-year-old Mexican launched a devastating straight right hand which puts the Columbian to the canvas and sleeps just minutes from the opening bell, Ramos was out cold.
Marquez said in his interview: "I just wanted to tell him (Pacquiao) to prepare himself and I want to give the fans a great fight."
According to Alex Ariza, strength and conditioning coach of Pacquiao: “There is no way he can scare Manny. He doesn’t fear anybody. Most kids have no fear factor but grow into it later on. Manny never got it. If they expect to scare Manny that’s not going to happen.”
