Indonesian Football Risen after Slumped in the Election of Chairman of the PSSI

After a long delay, the board of Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) period 2011 - 2015 is finally formed in the Extraordinary Congress in Surakarta, July 9, 2011. Djohar Arifin Husein was elected as Chairman of the PSSI. He will be accompanied by Farid Rahman, who was appointed as Vice Chairman.

Both will be powered by nine members of the Executive Committee comprising A Nyalla Mattalitti, Mawardy Nurdin, Roberto Rhouw, Tuti Dau, Santoso Widodo, Sihar Sitorus, Erwin Dwi Budiawan, Tony Apriani and Bob Hippy.

Let's forget the past and look forward. Indonesia football should be the best in Southeast Asia and Asia as well as on the world stage. There needs to reform PSSI as expected the society and we hope that the new committee was elected who really brings us into the future.
