Every year the last days of the year many people make weight loss resolutions which should start by the first day of the new year. The 1st of January comes and they are excited about their weight loss resolution and get started fanatically.
By the fifth of the month the excitement has died off, and by the middle of the month the weight loss resolution is forgotten and live continues as normal. The end effect if that no food habits have changed.
What Is Real Weight Loss?
Real weight Loss is not that difficult but it takes a bit of effort and will power to make the change.
In principle your bad food habits have brought you where you are today. The fifteen kilos you want to lose have not grown on you overnight. It was not like that one morning you woke up and thought; “where does all of this come from.” If your bad food habits let you grow 100 gram – which is nothing – per month then you grow approximately 1,5 kilograms per year do this for 10 years and there is the answer.
The good part is that you don’t have to wait 10 years to lose it again. If you properly diet without going hungry you should be able to lose 3 kilograms per month, until you reach your ideal weight again. To lose 15 kilograms will take a bout 15 months. It can be done faster, the question just I; “Is that healthy?” You need to give your body time to adjust.
Take it steady and take it slow is always better. The body gets the time to make up for the fat it is losing, and can replace the old fat cells with some new healthy ones. Shaping up is such a fun thing to establish. Toning up and making these muscles shine again, is possible for every person.
A weight loss resolution could start any given day of the year. You definitely do not have to wait till the 31st of December comes around.

Many people think that weight management is a one month program. But the key to weight management is that you actually do it all your life. Weight management is like brushing your teeth. Once you have learned how to do it you don’t even think about it. And that’s exactly how it should be.
A question I often ask to my customers is; “where or when does weight management start?” Often they say, tomorrow. But the actual answer is, when you enter a store to buy your groceries. If you are able to make the right choices in the store, you will change your diet. What you don’t buy, you cant eat. What you don’t buy, your family can not eat.
