Dr. Conrad Murray has just won a few days of respite to prove his innocence. The hearing was in fact take place July 12, but Wednesday, July 6, Judge Michael Pastor decided to agree to postpone the appointment until July 20.
The postponement will allow both parties to view the entire video of the singer during her rehearsals. With his videos, the prosecutor hopes to show that the popstar was in good health in the weeks before his death, while the defense wants to prove he was
"So far we have found a lot of important things. There are about eight to ten different cameras, which recorded the rehearsals, and each has different sequences. It is essential that we review the images from each camera" said Nareg Gourijian, counsel for Dr Murray.
Remember that it is charged with murder for administering a lethal dose of anesthetic that killed the star in 2009.
