
The rafters of the expansion stage of the Dutch Twente football team that is taking place in the area of the city of Enschede collapsed. A part in building the stadium of Dutch football Twente has collapsed today, burying several people under the rubble, according to media reports ,Initial reports pointed to the collapse of several rafters of the expansion which is underway in the area of the city of Enschede (east), that has wounded an unknown number of people. In the first photographs released by local media can be viewed as the entire roof of one of the funds of the Grolsch Veste stadium has fallen over the grandstands. Police have confirmed that there are people trapped under the structure, but for now do not know their number or their condition.According to Radio 1, could be many dead. The incident occurred around 12.00 local time (10.00 GMT) and the emergency services have come immediately to begin the rescue, including a helicopter to evacuate the wounded.
The accident happened at work building the stadium, designed to expand its capacity from 24,000 spectators present to about 32,000. president Joop Munsterman has abandoned the camp in the south of Holland Road and goes to Enschede. The team trains Co Adriaanse ended last season in second place in the Dutch league, second only to Ajax Amsterdam.
