RC Subic Bay Sunrise delegation composed of PP Bert Castillo, PP Ben Escobar, PP Orly Duque, President Anna Lyn Ilagan, Club Secretary Bien Espinosa, PE Ferdz Dulay and Rotarian Marie Balagtas. The Club’s attendance in the Induction Party of District Governor Digna Ragasa indicated the all out support to the administration of the concurrent lady governor as well as the coming back of the Club into the mainstream after a year of having been set aside for certain unarticulated and unresolved concerns but, the healing process went with time which culminated upon the ascendancy of the new District Governor.

During said induction party, Rotary Club of Subic Bay Sunrise was proclaimed, recognized and applauded resoundingly district wide. No one could negate nor refute the coming back of the Club into the mainstream of club life, activities and active involvement in carrying out “Rotary Work”.
