Mostly users know the Padma Lakshmi. If you not know who is Padma Lakshmi, we tell you. Padma Lakshmi the is host of the top-rated TV series Top Chef. She is a former model and known as first successful Indian super model. Padma provides her own recipes for mouth-watering international fare, perfect for anyone who wants easy, elegant, and unforgettable food.

Padma Lakshmi first gained culinary recognition with her world cookbook, Easy Exotic. Along with some delicious snapshots of Padma caught in the act of cooking, the book features recipes for a delicious low fat diet based upon her own experimentation over the years.

Padma was born in Madras, now Chennai (Tamil Nadu) in a Tamil Iyer family before spending most of her adolescent life in the United States. Her parents’ only child together, Lakshmi is the daughter of a Pfizer executive and his first wife, Vijaya a nurse who currently specializes in suicide prevention. Her parents separated when she was one and divorced a year later. Both parents later remarried.

This capacity for creativity is precisely what makes Ms. Lakshmi such a brilliant chef. Perusing the markets by day, her eye for potential taste is uncanny, while her ability to concoct recipes on the fly manifests her natural culinary instincts.
