P. Kvitova vs. M. Sharapova Wimbledon 2011 Ladies´ Singles - Finals (..preview & 1st game)

We know very well about the 21 year old Czech overpowered who 3-time grand slam champion Sharapova. She is very good player of tennis and has a great honor in the tennis world.

But today Petra Kvitova strived very well and got win the two sets against the 2004 Wimbledon champion, Maria Sharapova. Kvitova's 6-3, 6-4 victory, as she managed herself throughout the whole match. The shocking upset was achieved in under an hour and a half.

The young champion holds her ground with crisp forehand returns and forced Sharapova into service errors with a series of double faults. In the second set, trailing 5-2, Sharapova again double-faulted but managed to hold serve and forced Kvitova to serve for the game.
