(Check It Out! Photos!) On the inauguration of the Korea Electric Power Corporation in Cebu, south of Manila, Philippine President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III was the special guest which hosted by Filipina-Korean television host and radio disc jockey Grace Lee, who's third Korean expatriate currently appearing in Philippine TV after Sandra Park and Sam Oh.
In the event according to showbiznest report, after P-NOy praises the lady governor of Cebu, Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia, his attention veered towards the 28-year-old host and the president said:
“Pati ‘yung bisita nating si Ms. Grace Lee ‘kala ko tuloy Pinay, eh. Di nga pala, Korean. Pero pati Korean na dumadating talagang guwapa lahat.
“Kailangan yatang buhayin ‘yung Malacanang Sugbu. Baka dito na rin ho tayo magkatuluyan."
(Including our guest Ms. Grace Lee, I thought she's a Filipina, she's a Korean. But all Korean that arriving are all surely beautiful. I think we have to pursue the Malacanang Sugbu and we can meet here altogether.)
According to Grace Lee: “It’s all a compliment and it’s all ended there so no big deal. I mean, I was very flattered so I thanked Mr. President for, you know, for saying that about me.”
