(Check It Out! Pictures!) MANILA, Philippines- Large part of Quezon City, east of Manila, suffers heavy rains and floods which pushed the Department of Education (DepEd) to suspend classes in Metro Manila for all elementary and high school caused by Tropical Storm Falcon with international name "MEARI". But the most alarming was the 'Tornado' or twister that hits the area between 1200-1230pm and caused damage to property in Kamuning, Tomas Morato and New Manila. Houses' roofs blown away, uprooted trees, damaged electrical lines and other structures. The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and Quezon City Department of Public Order and Safety (DPOS) advised the residents to stays indoors, as of now no injuries have been reported.
