Black men and men over 40 years old are said to be in the high risk bracket of those likely to get prostate cancer. All men in general, who are bus drivers, ride horses and bicycle are also said to be at a high risk of developing prostate cancer, later on in life.

A lack of Vitamin D and sunlight in a man's diet also contribute to prostate cancer.
