On Friday, Terry Jones, the Koran-burning pastor from Florida, returned to heavily Muslim Dearborn, Michigan. Jones is reportedly wearing a bulletproof vest during his visit.

The Detroit News reported that Jones was confronted by over a dozen protesters outside Dearborn City Hall. The protestors from the group By Any Means Necessary, chanted "Hey, hey, ho, ho, Terry Jones has got to go" and carried signs saying, "Honk against anti-Muslim Bigotry".

As a precaution, officers in riot gear stood near the scene .

Jones said he will hold a "Saving America Rally" outside City Hall but not burn the Muslim holy book this time, as he did in Florida in March.

Jones also plans to visit Dearborn's annual Arab International Festival, accompanied by missionaries. Reports say the goal of the visit is to convert Muslims to Christianity.

Jones last visited Dearborn on April 29.
