
Mladic claims his army pension should be re-instated. The claim is for thousand of pounds which were frozen while he was on the run.
Deputy war crimes prosecutor Bruno Vekaric said: "He asked three times for his pension to be reinstated."
Mladic said: "You destroyed everything. Because of you my daughter-in-law lost her job. They destroyed the financial connections of my son, Darko."
Mladic received every month £121 from Serbia-Montenegro. When in November 2005 the pressure increased The Hague had his account frozen.
In a probability Mladic wins he would be entitled to a £9,000 pay-out.
2010 his family asked for Mladic to be declared officially dead. This would enable the family to receive his pension.
