The 18-year-old Disney actress made her way to the hospital after appearing on "The Tonight Show".

The actress is now has an illness nausea and severe headache.

She is admitted in a hospital in Los Angles and undergoing tests.

During the conversation with the programme host she told her that her boyfriend Justin Bieber tweeted a message which said 'getwellselena'.

Selena and Justin relation is getting stronger day by day. Last month Selena accompanied Justin to her home in Canada. Despite this she had to face a tough time from Justin fans and she received several death threats.
